目的:评价奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)及氟尿嘧啶(5—Fu)治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法32例晚期大肠癌患者,给予L-OHP135mg/m2静脉滴入,持续3h,第1天;CF120mg/m2静脉滴入,持续2h,第1～5天;5—Fu500mg/m2静脉滴入,持续8h,第1～5天。每3～4周重复一次,用药2个周期后评价疗效。结果32例患者中,完全缓解(CF)1例,部分缓解(PR)12例,稳定(SD)13例,进展(PD)6例,总有效率(CR+PR)为40.6%。毒副反应主要是末梢神经毒性、恶心、呕吐、口腔炎、骨髓抑制及静脉炎等,患者均可耐受。结论L—OHP联合CF/5—Fu治疗晚期大肠癌具有较好的疗效,毒副反应均可耐受。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of oxaliplatin (L-OHP) in combination with leucovorin (CF) and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Thirty two patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with intravenous infusion of L-OHP at the dose of 135mg / m2 for 3h on the first day. The CF120mg / m2 was given intravenously for 2h, Continued 8h, the first 1 to 5 days. Repeated every 3 to 4 weeks after treatment, evaluation of 2 cycles efficacy. Results Among the 32 patients, there were 1 complete remission (CF), 12 partial remission (PR), 13 stable (SD) and 6 progressive (PD) patients. The total effective rate (CR + PR) was 40.6%. Toxic side effects are mainly peripheral neurotoxicity, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, myelosuppression and phlebitis, patients can tolerate. Conclusion L-OHP combined with CF / 5-Fu treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has a good effect, toxic and side effects can be tolerated.
