优化医疗信息系统的整合问题是医疗信息化建设迫切需要解决的问题。目前医院中医疗信息系统大多是由各个子系统以互连方式整合而成。这些系统存在系统的可扩展性差、对系统的维护不方便、对系统的分析困难等问题。提出了基于IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise)技术框架的医疗信息系统的集中式整合模式,克服了现有的互连式整合模式的若干不足。运用对象Petri网对集中式整合模式进行建模。首先对各个子系统进行建模,然后根据各子系统之间的关系建立系统的整合模型,并对整合后的医疗信息系统的合理性进行了分析,给出了在IHE框架下针对复杂系统建立工作流模型的过程及其分析方法。该模型为整合医疗信息系统的实现提供了理论基础和依据。
Optimize the integration of medical information system is the urgent need to solve the problem of medical information construction. At present, most medical information systems in hospitals are integrated by various subsystems in an interconnected way. These systems have poor system scalability, inconvenient maintenance of the system and difficult analysis of the system. A centralized integration mode of medical information system based on IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) technology framework is proposed, which overcomes some shortcomings of the existing interconnection integration mode. Using Petri nets to model the centralized integration model.
