随着当前信息技术的在整个社会经济生活中的普及,运用信息技术为图书馆的期刊管理工作提供便利已成为不可逆转的时代趋势。但是,在新的信息环境下,传统的图书馆期刊管理模式已经不再适应新环境的发展,图书馆期刊管理模式的转变势在必行。本文就信息环境下图书馆期刊管理模式的转变问题展开论述。首先,对影响我国图书馆期刊管理发展的因素进行了分析,继而阐述了我国传统期刊管理模式的弊端,最后提出了笔者对信息环境下如何开展图书馆期刊管理模式转变的几点想法。
With the popularization of current information technology in the whole society and economy, the use of information technology to facilitate the management of library periodicals has become an irreversible trend of the times. However, under the new information environment, the traditional mode of library periodical management is no longer adapted to the new environment, and the change of library periodical management mode is imperative. This article discusses the change of library periodical management mode under the information environment. First of all, it analyzes the factors which affect the development of periodical management in our country’s library, and then elaborates the shortcomings of our country’s traditional periodical management mode. Finally, it puts forward some thoughts on how to carry out the change of periodical management mode in the information environment.
