The 2007 China Quality Association Quality Technology Award Conference, the Third China Quality Academic Forum and the Fifth National Six Sigma Conference were held in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center from April 2 to 3, 2008 in China. The conference centered on the theme of “Quality, Innovation and Competitiveness” and conducted various seminars and exchange activities. President Chen Bangzhu attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Marin, Secretary General of China Quality Association attended the meeting. General Assembly invited Professor Tokyo University Professor Iizuka Mitsuo, Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company Chief Engineer Mr. Fu Lianchun, the United States completed
