香港的建筑业职工培训,主要是加强就业前的操作技能培训,培训毕业后推向劳务市场,由建筑企业选择录用。香港建造业训练局下设四个训练中心,培训对象包括:(1)拟成为建筑业技工和管工的年满18岁的初、高中毕业生,约占25%;(2)其他行业拟改行成为建筑技工或管工的人,约占15%;(3)建筑业在职人员的岗位培训,约占60%。培训方式分为全日制、短期和业余培训三类。从事起重操作
The construction workers training in Hong Kong is mainly to strengthen the pre-employment training of operational skills. After graduation, they are promoted to the labor market.
