Hoffmann(H)反射临床和实验应用已有多年,然而,新的方法学增加了H反射的可靠性和实用范围。作者应用重复刺激方法引出H反射,测试正常人,并与单刺激法比较其可信性和有效性,然后应用重复刺激技术检查脑瘫患儿足背屈和跖屈的随意运动过程中腓肠肌(GS)H反射,主要目的是决定非残疾者与神经损害者运动中的神经过程是否相似,在各种运动疾患中受累的神经环路和神经元,增加治疗干预。
Hoffmann (H) reflection has been used clinically and experimentally for years, however, the new methodologies increase the reliability and useful range of H reflection. The author used repeated stimulation method to induce H reflex to test normal people and compared with single stimulation method for its credibility and validity. Then, repeated stimulation technique was used to check the gastrocnemius muscle (GS) during the voluntary movement of dorsiflexion and plantar flexion in children with cerebral palsy ) H reflex, the main purpose is to determine whether non-disabled and nerve damage in the process of neural activity are similar in a variety of motor disorders involving the nerve loop and neurons, increased therapeutic intervention.
