The industrialization of scientific and technological achievements is a complicated systematic project that can not be achieved without the close cooperation of all kinds of scientific and technological intermediary agencies. In the process of cooperation, relevant agreements should be signed to clarify the rights and interests of all parties so as to enable all participants to share the benefits due to the cooperation.
