世上有很多东西,给予他人时,往往是越分越少,而有一样却是越分越多,那就是“爱”。没有爱就没有教育,这是我多年从教得出的经验。我们教师对学生的爱不是产生于血缘亲情,而是产生于责任。教师被誉为人类灵魂的工程师,这是对我们的赞美,同时也在告知我们承担的责任。社会的发展在教育,祖国的繁荣在教育,教育发展的关键在教师。教师担负的责任重大,我们要以爱与责任为出发点,不断进取,完善自己。我觉得要想为人师,就要先做个有“心”人。
There are many things in the world. When giving something to others, they tend to be less and less, while others are more and more. That is “love ”. There is no education without love, this is what I learned from teaching for many years. Our teacher’s love for students is not derived from kin, but arises from responsibility. Teachers are hailed as engineers of the human soul, and this is a compliment to us and at the same time informing us of our responsibilities. The development of society in education, the prosperity of the motherland in education, the key to the development of education in teachers. Teachers have a great responsibility. We should take love and responsibility as starting points, keep making progress and improve ourselves. I think to be a teacher, we must first be a “heart ” people.
