李晶教授临床擅长治疗呼吸、消化等系统疾病.笔者有幸侍诊李教授,耳闻目睹,聆听教诲,受益匪浅,对李教授治疗咳嗽经验略有体会,兹不揣浅陋,简介如下.1 常用治法1.1 宣肃并调:肺主宣降,一方面肺气宣发胃气水谷精微并排除浊气,另一方面肺气吸入自然的清气,向下输布水谷精微并清肃呼吸道.咳嗽的发生主要是肺气宣肃失司,痰湿凝聚,壅滞于肺,肺失清肃,肺气上逆[1].肺主宣降功能的恢复则有助于驱邪外达.
