本文以测振仪测出C6240F车床受迫振动振幅大小,再经过频率分析仪进行频率分析,得出频谱曲线,曲线上各峰值对应的频率有些是振源的频率,以此找出振源.试验中,通过改变主传动链传动环节的不同组合情况分析各振源的影响,得出对机床影响最大的受迫振源,以便改进结构设计和装配质量.
In this paper, the vibration amplitude of forced vibration of C6240F lathe is measured by vibrometer, and then the frequency analysis is done by frequency analyzer to get the spectrum curve. The corresponding frequency of each peak in the curve is the frequency of the vibration source, so as to find out the vibration source. In the experiment, the influence of each vibration source was analyzed by changing the different combinations of the transmission links of the main transmission chain, and the forced vibration source with the greatest impact on the machine tool was obtained in order to improve the structural design and assembly quality.
