目的:探讨三维及实时三维超声成像对胎儿唇腭裂畸形诊断的价值。方法:应用三维及实时三维超声对1 817例孕16~40周的胎儿颜面部进行检查。结果:在1 782例正常孕检的孕妇中检出胎儿唇腭裂畸形4例,漏诊1例;在35例B超检查可疑胎儿唇腭裂的孕妇中检出胎儿唇腭裂畸形26例。所有病例均经引产及产后证实。结论:产前三维及实时三维超声检查可准确诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods: A total of 1817 fetuses with gestational age from 16 to 40 weeks were examined with 3D and real-time 3D ultrasound. Results: Fetal and cleft palate malformations were detected in 1 782 pregnant women and one case was misdiagnosed. Twenty-six cases of cleft lip and palate malformations were detected in 35 cases of pregnant women with suspected fetal cleft lip and palate. All cases were confirmed by induction and postpartum. Conclusion: Prenatal three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography can accurately diagnose fetal cleft lip and palate.
