12月2日,省局节能减排计量考核组来常州检查2013-2014年节能减排计量工作情况。会上,常州市质监局计量处汇报了2014年度能源计量工作的开展实施情况,主要包括能效限额对标和能效测试工作开展情况、油气回收计量工作目标任务完成情况以及公共机构能源资源计量工作开展情况等。省局考核组在听取汇报后,查阅了相关台帐资料和技术报告。考核组对常州质监局在能源计量工作中所做的工作给与充分肯定,同时也指出在人员配置等方面存在的缺陷和问题。
