一、中毒经过今年6月19日,海军某油船,为洗刷淡水舱,在水舱口安装水泵抽水。此水泵系上海安全消防器材厂出品之M122型手抬机动泵,燃料为A-56号车用汽油,并混合十五分之一AK-15号车用机油作润滑油。最大马力25匹,最大转速4300转/分钟。水泵底部有二根废气管,管口朝进水方向,口径7厘米。在抽水过程中,这二根废气管排出大量废气,在水舱口附近有浓重的烟雾弥漫,随着舱内淡水不断抽出,废气被不断的吸入舱内。抽水20分钟停机,这时有四名舰员下舱进行洗刷工作。20分钟后,水泵继续发动,又抽10分钟,舱内淡水已全部抽干,以后又数次将陆上淡水回抽到舱内,供洗刷之用。在这过程中,四名舰员
