1997年6月~2006年3月对20例晚期喉癌、下咽癌患者实行喉全切及发声重建术,利用下咽环后壁的黏膜下拉翻转制成发声管。带硅橡胶气管套管,堵管即能清晰的发声。经术后随访观察至今,吞咽及发声功能均恢复良好。1材料与方法20例患者,男19例,女1例;年龄47~76岁,平均62.3岁。20例喉部
From June 1997 to March 2006, 20 cases of laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer were treated by laryngectomy and vocal reconstruction.
