1983年我们设制了ZD_(760)-LH-10、15两种型号的农家微型整装水轮发电机组,见《农田水利与小水电》1985年12期“简易微型水电站”一文。该微型机组采用固定导叶,省去了机械调速机构,水轮机转速调节是靠连接在发电机出口的YFDK 型晶闸管自动调磁控制器的,通过改变负载而不是靠改变水轮机出力来达到。水轮机的开机停机则靠启闭引水室前的手动提升式木制平面闸门来实现,这种水轮机结构简单,便于制造,目前我区已安装了159台这样的机组。
