校长的角色定位在某种程度上决定着学校的发展方向甚至功过成败。教育改革的形势要求校长既是管理者又是研究者。校长培训的新视点应该是研究型校长的培养。
The role of principals to a certain extent determines the direction of the school’s development or even succeeded. The situation of education reform requires that the headmaster is both a manager and a researcher. The new viewpoint of principal training should be the training of research principal.
