2014年河南省渔业行业认真贯彻省委农村工作会议、全国渔业渔政工作会议精神,以“保供给、保安全”为基础,以“渔民增收、渔业增效”为核心,继续落实惠渔政策,重视科技创新,加强技术培训,巩固成型养殖模式和技术,调整养殖品种结构,发展名优和品牌渔产品,开展资源养护和增殖放流,加强安全生产监管(养殖生产管理和渔船监管),克服局部严重干旱影响,渔业经济持续、平稳发展,产品结构进一步调优,质量进一步提高。
