锥形测头修理1.用油石打磨法首先准备好油石。我们使用的是磨螺纹的废砂轮(材料:碳化硅,中硬,粒度320),经玉器厂加工制成的小长方形油石条。将锥形测头夹装在机床卡盘上(弹簧卡头更好),开动机床,用手拿油石打磨它的大头(图1),然后打磨整个圆锥面(图2)。打磨圆锥面后,测量锥角,若小了,则再继续打磨整个圆锥面,这样角度就会变大。反之,锥角大了,就不易修(因在打磨圆锥面过程中,圆锥小头易磨损,角度易大),还须先打磨大头然后打磨整个圆锥面,直至合格。为提高光洁度,须再用天然油石打磨。打磨时要经常清洗油石上的铁末,使油石有良好的切削力,否则会影响研磨效果。打磨后若锥形测头同轴度超差时,则不易修复,必须采用磨削法。
Conical probe repair 1 with oil stone grinding method first prepared whetstone. We use the grinding thread grinding wheel (material: silicon carbide, medium hard, particle size 320), made by the Jade Factory small rectangular stone slabs. Place the conical probe on the machine chuck (the spring chuck is better), start the machine, and polish its bulk with oil stone (Figure 1), then polish the entire conical surface (Figure 2). After grinding the conical surface, measure the cone angle, if small, then continue to polish the entire conical surface, so the angle will be larger. Conversely, the cone angle is large, it is not easy to repair (in the process of grinding conical surface, tapered head easy to wear, the angle is easy), you must first grinding the bulk and then polished the entire conical surface until qualified. In order to improve the finish, it must be polished with natural whetstone. When grinding should always clean the stone on the iron powder, so that the stone has a good cutting force, otherwise it will affect the grinding effect. After grinding, if conical probe concentricity is too poor, it is not easy to repair, you must use the grinding method.
