针对知识服务中战略情报用户需求的隐性特征,对隐性需求管理的人工智能、人机交互和人际沟通方法进行探讨;侧重于人际沟通方法和隐性需求表达的知识结构,提出了知识沟通的概念,深入分析了提高知识服务效果的手段和措施;架构了情报用户隐性需求表达、服务者隐性需求管理和知识服务效果之间的关系模型。
In view of the implicit characteristics of users’ needs of strategic intelligence in knowledge services, this dissertation discusses the methods of artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction and interpersonal communication of implicit requirements management. Emphasis is put on the knowledge structure of interpersonal communication methods and implicit requirements expression. The paper analyzes deeply the means and measures to improve the effect of knowledge service, constructs the relation model between the implicit requirement expression of intelligence users, the implicit requirement management of service providers and the effect of knowledge service.
