由中国音乐家协会《音乐创作》编辑部倡办、河南大学艺术学院等13家单位联办的首届“中西部地区普通高校(师范类)音乐创作比赛”结果于2002年3月初在北京揭晓。本次活动以我国中西部地区普通高校(师范类)音乐院系的现职教师与在校学生(研究生、本、专科学生)为对象,旨在配合我国西部大开发战略,落实“全面实施素质教育”与加强“美育”的方针,促进社会主义精神文明的建设,培养创新思维与创新能力,促进高问音乐教学改革,尤其是繁荣中西部地区音乐创作。
The first “Ordinary University (Normal) Musical Composition Contest” sponsored by the “Music Creation” Editorial Department of the Chinese Musicians Association and co-organized by 13 units such as the Art Institute of Henan University was announced in Beijing in early March 2002.
