新喋呤是体内T细胞激活,γ干扰素产生,巨噬细胞激活的特异性指标,与细胞介导免疫(CMI)激活有关。恶性肿瘤的发生与CMI激活异常有关。作者应用酶联免疫测定法对30例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行了血清新喋呤水平的测试。结果发现,恶性肿瘤患者血清新喋呤水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),第Ⅳ期肿瘤患者的血清新喋呤水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅲ期。不同分化程度的肿瘤患者的血清新喋呤水平相互间基本接近。远处器官转移及术后复发患者的血清新喋呤水平明显高于近区淋巴结转移者。结果表明,检测血清新喋呤水平,可作为恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫激活异常的标志。对肿瘤的预后估测及治疗效果鉴定有一定的临床指导意义
Neopterin is a specific indicator of T cell activation, gamma interferon production, and macrophage activation in vivo and is associated with cell-mediated immunity (CMI) activation. The occurrence of malignant tumors and abnormal activation of CMI. Thirty patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancy were tested for serum neopterin using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that serum neopterin levels were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumors than in normal controls (P <0.01). The serum neopterin level in patients with stage IV tumors was significantly higher than that in stage I-III. Serum neopterin levels in tumor patients with different degrees of differentiation are basically close to each other. Serum neopterin levels in distant organ metastases and postoperative recurrence were significantly higher than those in proximal lymph node metastases. The results show that the detection of serum neopterin levels can be used as a marker of abnormal cellular immune activation in patients with malignant tumors. The prognosis of the tumor and the identification of treatment has certain clinical significance
