研究了输送机的横向振动特性,目的是避免输送带发生共振,所以必须求解输送带横向振动固有频率。针对回空分支平型带,把输送带简化成两对边简支另两边自由(S—F—S—F)的正交各向异性矩形板。利用弹性薄板理论,研究了输送带在纵向张力作用下的横向振动问题。根据板的对称性,运用了叠加原理,把方程展成重级数形式,建立了边界条件(S—F—S—F)下的叠加解,导出了输送带的固有频率计算公式最后,通过算例与单三角级数解法进行了比较,两组数据非常接近,证明了该方法的有效性。
The lateral vibration characteristics of the conveyor are studied in order to avoid the resonance of the conveyor belt. Therefore, the natural frequency of the transverse vibration of the conveyor belt must be solved. For backfill flat belts, the conveyer belt is reduced to an orthogonal orthotropic rectangular plate with two pairs of free edges on both sides (S-F-S-F). Using the theory of elastic thin plate, the lateral vibration of conveyor belt under longitudinal tension is studied. According to the symmetry of plates, the principle of superposition is applied to develop the equations into the form of heavy series, and the superposition solution under boundary conditions (S-F-S-F) is established. Finally, the natural frequency formula of conveyor belt is derived. The comparison between the example and the single triangle series method shows that the two data sets are very close to each other, which proves the validity of the method.
