为庆祝“三·八”国际妇女节,迎接即将在北京召开的世界妇女大会,鲁迅美院十位女教工自发举办了《女教工十人画展》,展示了油画、水彩、丙稀、综合材料、粉笔等七个画种,表现题材以花卉、静物、风景为主,也有少部分肖像和人体,共57幅作品。 参展作者包括了从75岁到20几岁年龄跨度达半个世纪的老、中、青三代人。由于每个人创作的审美取向、艺术追求,情感内涵与文化积淀均有较大差异,因而作品或清凉典雅,或浓艳华丽,或充实,或空灵……即使表现同类题材或用类似的绘画工具,其表现手法也有明显不同,有的笔法细腻极尽精微,有的笔随意行挥洒自如,有的刻意追求神秘的特技表现,有的手法平淡含而不露……形成了不同艺术风格的鲜明对照。但作品中所体现出的对生活的真诚热爱和对美的追求又是他们所共有的艺术品格,这尤其体现在作品所表现的题材
