关文舸同志的论稿《物竞天择 适者生存》,主要是谈加入WTO后中国传统电视产业的应对策略。该文对中国电视产业的现状,特征以及即将受到经济全球化浪潮冲击等重大问题进行透视,并大胆提出了自己的见解。 作者的一些观点颇为新颖。有些分析也十分切中要害,发人深省。纵观全文,强烈地感受到作者的一种执著和真诚,同时也能感受到文中明显透出的“忧患意识”。我 们以为,中国加入WTO之后,电视界的同行们弹冠相庆也罢,喜忧参半也罢,恐怕这些都与事无补,都似乎应当成为过去,而多一点正常的“忧患意识”则是不无裨益的。 “忧患意识”也许能让我们更冷静,更理智、更勇敢地去面对现实和面对未来。从这个意义上来说,关文舸同志的这篇论稿就不失为一篇好文章:它将带给我们诸多警觉、诸多思考和诸多启迪。
On the survival of the fittest, Comrade Guan Wenzhang’s thesis is mainly about the response strategies of China’s traditional television industry after joining the WTO. The article looks at the status quo and characteristics of the Chinese TV industry and the forthcoming major issues such as the impact of the wave of economic globalization and boldly puts forward his own opinions. Some of the author’s ideas are quite new. Some analyzes are also very crucial, thought-provoking. Throughout the full text, a strong feeling of the author’s dedication and sincerity, but also feel the text clearly revealed “sense of urgency.” We think that after China’s accession to the WTO, the television industry’s colleagues will play a decisive role in their fight for success. I am afraid that these are not enough to do anything. They all seem to be the past. A little more normal “sense of urgency” is not without merit. A “sense of urgency” may allow us to be more calm, intelligent, and brave enough to face reality and face the future. In this sense, this manuscript by Comrade Guan Wenzuo is a good essay: it will bring us many vigilance, thinking and enlightenment.
