目的:分析经前方中的挥发油成分,并探讨其对治疗原发性痛经的作用。方法:采用水蒸气法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:经前方挥发油中共检测出38个色谱峰,鉴定了35个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.5%,其中含量最高的为反式茴香脑(68.1%),其次为藁本内酯(12.1%)。结论:通过经前方挥发油GC-MS成分比较分析;提示藁本内酯和反式茴香脑可能是发挥作用的主要活性成分,为揭示经前方的效应物质基础提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the components of volatile oil in the front and to explore its effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by water vapor method and analyzed by GC capillary column chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with manual retrieval. Results: A total of 38 peaks were detected in the volatile oil of the front. 35 compounds were identified, accounting for 98.5% of the total volatile oil. Among them, the highest content was trans-anethole (68.1%) followed by ligustilide (12.1% ). Conclusion: The comparative analysis of GC-MS constituents of volatile oil in the forefront suggests that ligustilide and trans-anethole may be the main active ingredients that play a role in providing evidence for the frontier effect substances.
