【病历介绍】患者36岁。孕8个月,因腹胀、腹痛24小时入院。入院前日中午提水时滑倒后突然腹痛,呈阵发性,无恶心呕吐,于当日晚转为持续性上腹胀痛,自觉胎动消失,于次日晨出现恶心呕吐,且腹痛逐渐加重故入院治疗。既往无手术史。查体:体温36℃,脉搏108次/分,血压10.7/8.0kPa。贫血貌,心肺正常。宫底脐上2横指,轮廓清楚,胎心消失,无规律宫缩,全腹膨隆,未见肠型,压痛及肌
