目的:研究花蛇解痒胶囊的止痒、抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:通过组织胺对豚鼠致痒反应观察花蛇解痒胶囊的止痒作用;通过角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿、二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验观察花蛇解痒胶囊的抗炎作用;通过小鼠扭体试验观察花蛇解痒胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:与模型组比较,花蛇解痒胶囊4.3g/kg能提高豚鼠致痒阈,减少搔痒次数,能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿,抑制小鼠棉球肉芽组织增生和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论:花蛇解痒胶囊具有明显的止痒、抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-itch, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Huashe Jieyang Capsule. Methods: The antipruritic effect of Huashe JieYe Capsule was observed by histamine on itch reaction in guinea pigs. The carrageenan-induced rat foot swelling, xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, mouse granuloma of cotton ball and small The rat peritoneal capillary permeability test was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Hua She Jie Yang Capsule. The analgesic effect of Hua She Jie Yang Capsule was observed by writhing test in mice. Results: Compared with the model group, Hasehsan Jieyang Capsule 4.3g / kg can increase the itch threshold of guinea pigs and reduce the number of itch, relieve xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and carrageenan-induced rat paw swelling and inhibition Mice granulation tissue granulation tissue hyperplasia and peritoneal capillary permeability in mice to reduce acetic acid pain in mice writhing times. Conclusion: Huashe Jieyang Capsule has obvious antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
