通常检查晶闸管质量的一般做法是从整机上拆下元件用万用表测内阻。这种方法操作不便,又极不准确。本人在维修实践中采用一种简便的晶闸管性能判别方法,现介绍如下。
The usual way to check the quality of a thyristor is to remove the component from the machine and measure the internal resistance with a multimeter. This method of operation inconvenience, but also very inaccurate. I used in the maintenance practice of a simple thyristor performance discrimination method, are presented below.
