教师专业发展既是教师个人成长的需要,更是学校长远发展的保证。学校应从实际出发,制定以校为本的各项管理制度,规范教师行为习惯,引领教师专业发展。我校充分依托河北师大等高校资源,聘请师大相关专家进行理论引领;分学科聘请省市教研专家进行实际操作引领;学校骨干教师以及备课组长进行常规基础引领。通过学校组织的专业发展引领,教师自身专业素质和学校办学质量都得到了显著提高。1.强化教师专业发展的目标引领。教师的成长大致要经历合格教师、胜任教师、骨干教师、专家型教师四个阶段。学校分层次帮助教师制定专业发展规划:帮助新教师树立正确
