本文概述了带表面缺陷的压力容器断裂疲劳试验研究的目的、内容、程序、方法和结果。结论认为:对于中低强度钢的内压圆筒容器,其破坏和断裂均符合流变限准则。有裂纹的压力容器的破坏型式并非都是脆性断裂;对于整体园简或气瓶,其表面裂纹的破坏有快速爆破和泄漏两种方式;表面裂纹a向和c向的疲劳扩展规律也都符合Paris公式;推荐了一种等K换算关系式和等K换算曲线,可供制订国内标准时参考采用。
This article outlines the purpose, contents, procedures, methods and results of the research on fracture fatigue test of pressure vessels with surface defects. The conclusion is: For the medium-low strength steel internal pressure cylinder container, its failure and fracture are in line with the rheological limits. Not all the failure modes of cracked pressure vessels are brittle fractures; for the whole garden or gas cylinder, the surface cracks are rapidly exploded and leaked in two ways; the fatigue propagation rules of surface crack a and c are also consistent Paris formula; recommended a K equivalent conversion equation and other K conversion curve, for the development of reference to the domestic standard.
