评价教师的教学效率,不只是通过老师的授课过程是否认真,是否把内容教授完成,而是通过学生是否对知识学习掌握好做评价。老师上课的目的就是教会每个学生都能把课堂上讲的掌握了,并且要学会,如果老师讲的再好,学生没有学会也等于白讲,老师讲课的出发点就是要让学生学会知识,会运用所学知识解答遇到的问题,这才是真正的老师教育学生的目标。应该怎么样让学生如何建立高效率的学习方法是所有老师值得思考的问题,所有的学校或者老师都要为营造良好的学习环境和适宜教育小学生学习数学的课堂气氛。
