Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, the Secretariat of the Second National Standardization Subcommittee on Coatings for Metals and Non-metal Coatings is located at the Chengdu Xianghe Phosphating Company. The company is a private joint-stock company in Sichuan Chengdu High-tech Industry Development Center. The Standards Committee secretariat is located at the company, breaking the long-term system of division of labor under the jurisdiction of China’s standardization work.
