用顺磁共振谱(ESR)研究外来离子含量与由这些正三价金属离子在ZnO表面诱导出来的正一价缺位数量之间的关系,结果表明,Al3+和Sc3+对2nO表面的正一价缺位都有诱导作用,其中Sc3+的掺杂对正一价缺位的诱导更有效.TPR结果显示,随着样品中Sc3+含量的增加,归属于Cu2+-Ou+和Cu+-Cu0TPR谱最高峰温分别向低温和高温方向移动。在Cu-ZnO-M2O3(M=Al、Sc)催化剂中,ESR信号强度与催化活性两者随样品中Sc3+含量的增加而增加,这说明催化剂的甲醉合成催化活性与M3+掺杂后诱导出来的正一价缺住及还原态催化剂表面Cu+的稳定性之间存在着一定的关系。
Using paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (ESR) to study the relationship between extrinsic ion content and the number of orthosteric vacancies induced by these trivalent metal ions on the ZnO surface, the results show that Al3 + and Sc3 + All have the inductive effect, in which the doping of Sc3 + is more effective in inducing the positive one-price vacancy. TPR results showed that with the increase of Sc3 + content in samples, the highest peak temperatures belonging to Cu2 + -Ou + and Cu + -Cu0TPR spectra shifted to low temperature and high temperature respectively. In the Cu-ZnO-M2O3 (M = Al, Sc) catalyst, both the signal intensity and the catalytic activity of ESR increased with the increase of Sc3 + content in the sample, indicating that the catalytic activity of the catalyst was induced after M3 + doping There is a certain relationship between the positive one-vacancy and the stability of Cu + on the surface of reduced catalyst.
