《基础教育课程改革纲要》明确指出:“评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能。”现代教学评价理论认为,评价的根本目的在于全面考查学生的学习状况,激励学生的学习热情,促进学生全面发展,使不同水平、不同智能、不同个性的学生都在原有的基础上有所发展。因此,改变传统的评价模式和思维,加快推进创新性评价不仅是实现教育教学目标、促进学生全面发展的关键,而且是基础教育改革的方向。
The Essentials of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education clearly states: “Evaluation should not only pay attention to students’ academic performance but also discover and develop students’ potential in many aspects.” According to modern teaching evaluation theory, the fundamental purpose of evaluation is to comprehensively examine students’ learning Conditions, motivate students’ enthusiasm for learning and promote the all-round development of students so as to enable students of different levels, different intelligences and different personalities to develop on the basis of their own. Therefore, changing the traditional evaluation mode and thinking and accelerating innovative evaluation are not only the key to realize the goal of education and teaching, but also promote the all-round development of students, and they are also the direction of the reform of elementary education.
