观察多巴胺促效剂溴隐亭对正常妇女5名及高促性腺激素的Tumer综合症6例LH、FSH、PRL的分泌变化。结果Turner组的基础值E2、T均明显低于正常组(P<0.05~0.01),LH、FSH明显高于正常,基础血清PRL值则高于正常组;口服溴隐亭5毫克后,血清PRL都见下降。结果表明多巴胺促效剂溴隐亭具有抑制PRL及促性腺激素释放作用。
To observe the secretion changes of LH, FSH and PRL in 5 cases of normal women and 6 cases of high gonadotrophin Tumer syndrome treated with bromocriptine. Results The values of E2 and T in Turner group were significantly lower than those in normal group (P <0.05-0.01). LH and FSH levels in Turner group were significantly higher than those in normal group and PRL in basal serum were higher than those in normal group. After oral administration of bromocriptine (5 mg) PRL see the decline. The results show that dopamine agonist bromocriptine can inhibit PRL and gonadotropin releasing effect.
