髌骨是人体中最大的子骨。髌骨能增强股四头肌的力量,有伸直膝关节最后10~15℃的滑车功能,并保持膝关节。膝部外伤时,髌骨受伤机会多,特别是当膝关节半屈曲位股四头肌强烈收缩时,尤为用三点压力折断木棒一样,髌骨即发生骨折;直接暴力,如撞伤、打扑伤等也可致髌骨骨折。髌骨骨折较为觉见,约占全身骨折的2.3%。 笔者连续抽取我院髌骨骨折的X线片共300份,年龄从18~83岁,平均年龄47.2岁,男性161例,女性139例,男女之比1.16:1.左侧髌骨180例,右侧120例,左右之比1.5:1。骨折位于髌骨上1/3处
