健康第一是新世纪我国学校体育的指导思想。青年时期是身心发展的关键阶段,除身体健康外,其心理上也必须是健康的,只有这样,学生的各方面才能达到“完好状态”。然而,由于对学科性质认识的片面和传统思想的束缚,致使体育课重技术的指导和身体素质的增强,轻视了心理素质的提高。而学生心理健康水平的高低直接影响着学生的生理健康状况和学习态度、学习成绩。因此,如何把体育课从单纯的生理教育模式中解脱出来,兼而发挥它在培养学生健康心理方面所具有的作用是当今体育教学亟待解决的问题。
Health first is the guiding ideology of school physical education in our country in the new century. Youth is a crucial stage of physical and mental development. In addition to being physically fit, it must also be psychologically mentally healthy. Only in this way can all aspects of the pupils achieve the status of “intact.” However, due to the one-sided understanding of the nature of the discipline and the traditional ideas of the constraints, resulting in the guidance of physical education and technical quality of the body to enhance and neglect the improvement of psychological quality. The level of mental health of students directly affects the students’ physical health and learning attitude, academic performance. Therefore, how to free physical education from simple physical education mode and give full play to its role in cultivating students’ healthy psychology is the urgent problem to be solved in today’s physical education.
