建设水利工程项目是一个庞大而又复杂的任务,需要投入较多的物力与人力,因此要有效管理建设过程存在一定难度。要保证建设质量,监理控制是一个不可缺少的条件。分析中央财政重点县(高台县)水利工程的监理控制,包括施工阶段质量的监理控制,投资的监理控制以及建设进度的监理控制,旨在为水利工程建设质量的提高提供参考。
The construction of water conservancy projects is a huge and complex task that requires more investment of material and human resources, so there is a certain degree of difficulty in effectively managing the construction process. To ensure the quality of construction, supervision and control is an indispensable condition. This paper analyzes the supervision and control of water conservancy projects in key counties (Gaotai County) of the central government, including supervision and control of construction quality, supervisory control of investment and supervision and control of construction progress, so as to provide references for improving the quality of water conservancy projects.
