目的:对香薷精油的体外抑菌作用及皮肤毒性进行评价。方法:采用双倍稀释法对香薷精油进行体外抑菌实验。对健康豚鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激实验。结果:香薷精油对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及乳酸杆菌有抑菌作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、乳酸杆菌的抑菌效果尤为显著。25%和50%的香薷精油外用对豚鼠皮肤无急性毒性和刺激作用。结论:香薷精油在一定浓度范围内使用是安全的。
Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial and dermal toxicity of Toona sinensis oil in vitro. METHODS: Double dilution method was used to conduct in vitro antibacterial experiments on Toona sinensis oil. Acute skin toxicity test and skin irritation test were performed on healthy guinea pigs. Results: Toona sinensis oil had antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus and Lactobacillus. The antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Lactobacillus was particularly significant. 25% and 50% of camphor essential oil had no acute toxicity and stimulatory effect on guinea pig skin. Conclusion: Toona sinensis oil is safe to use within a certain concentration range.
