目的 探讨硒对老化神经元及线粒体的作用机理。方法 采用D -半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型 ,观察硒对衰老小鼠脑细胞的SOD、MDA、GSH -Px、GSH、MAO -B、脂褐素以及线粒体形态结构的影响。结果 硒可以明显提高D -半乳糖衰老小鼠脑细胞SOD、GSH -Px的酶活性 ,增加GSH含量 ,减少脂褐素和MDA的含量 ,抑制MAO -B的酶活性 ,保护脑线粒体结构完整。结论 硒可以通过提高机体的抗氧化能力来延缓神经细胞和线粒体老化
Objective To explore the mechanism of action of selenium on aging neurons and mitochondria. Methods The aging model of mice induced by D - galactose was used to observe the effects of selenium on SOD, MDA, GSH - PX, GSH, MAO - B, lipofuscin and mitochondria morphological structure of brain cells in aged mice. Results Selenium significantly increased SOD, GSH-Px activity in brain cells of D-galactose-induced mice, increased GSH content, decreased the content of lipofuscin and MDA, inhibited the activity of MAO-B, and protected the integrity of brain mitochondria. Conclusion Selenium can delay the aging of nerve cells and mitochondria by increasing the body’s antioxidant capacity
