1979年10月世界肝病学术会议在巴塞尔召开以来,病毒性肝炎中有关母婴问题的研究,得到了应有的重视。会议反映了全世界肝炎研究的先进水平,有些研究内容是我们不足之处。今仅就会议前后国外病毒性肝炎有关母婴问题的文献报导作一综述。一、妇女病毒性肝炎的特征和加剧因素日本加滕活大等报导:126例急性病毒性肝炎的诊疗及随访1年以上的研究结果:(1)肝炎女性患者病理组织学变化的严重程度显著者多于男性(P<0.01);(2)女性患者容易迁延化,慢性化(P<0.01);
Since the World Conference on Liver Diseases was held in Basel in October 1979, research on maternal and child problems in viral hepatitis has received the attention it deserves. The conference reflects the advanced level of hepatitis research around the world and some of the research contents are our shortcomings. The present report on the literature about foreign viral hepatitis related to maternal and infant issues before and after the conference is reviewed. First, the characteristics and aggravating factors of viral hepatitis in women Report by Jatten, Japan: The treatment and follow-up of 126 cases of acute viral hepatitis for more than one year: (1) The severity of pathological changes in women with hepatitis is significant (P <0.01). (2) Female patients tend to be delayed and chronic (P <0.01).
