磷是江河、湖水中主要生原要素之一,常见报导磷的测定用光度法。ICP直读光谱法具有灵敏度高,稳定性好,动态范围广、干扰少等特点。本文应用ICP直读光谱法测定江河水中水溶性磷,方法简便,适宜于大批量水样分析。实验部分一试剂和仪器磷标准溶液:10μg·ml~(-1),用纯KH_2PO_4配制成高标溶液,同时配制与高标溶液相同酸度(2%盐酸)的空白溶液作为低标溶液,待标准化时使用。美国Jarrell-Ash公司96-975型等离子体直读光
