随着我国改革的深入和经济的发展,各级政府对河道的治理更加重视。河道整治是一项民生工程,通过河道整治工程的实施,可恢复河道行洪、排涝、蓄水、航运等综合功能,并改善生态、美化环境。根据多年从事河道工程的经验与实践,对目前在河道工程建设管理中存在的问题及对策进行初步探讨。 With the deepening of our country’s reform and economic development, governments at all levels attach more importance to the governance of the river. River regulation is a people’s livelihood project. Through the implementation of river regulation projects, comprehensive functions such as flood discharge, drainage, water storage and shipping can be restored and ecological and landscaping can be improved. Based on the experience and practice of engaging in river engineering for many years, the problems and countermeasures in the construction and management of river engineering are discussed tentatively.
