工程项目是施工企业管理的窗口、市场竞争的前沿阵地。搞好新时期工程项目思想政治工作对提高项目管理水平,增强企业市场竞争能力有着非常重要的现实意义。当前,不少施工企业不同程度地放松了项目思想政治工作,导致项目队伍整体素质下降,管理工作滑坡等。本文结合几年来在国家重点工程——扬子石化65万吨/年乙烯改造工程项目开展思想政治工作的实践和体会,谈谈对搞好新形势下项目思想政治工作的几点思考。
Construction project management is the window of construction enterprises, the forefront of market competition. Doing a good job in the ideological and political work of the engineering projects in the new period has very important practical significance for improving the project management level and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises. At present, many construction enterprises have relaxed the ideological and political work of the project to varying degrees, resulting in the overall quality of the project team declining and the management decline. Based on the practice and experience of carrying out ideological and political work in the national key project of Yangzi Petrochemical, a project of 650,000 tons / year of ethylene retrofitting in recent years, this article discusses some thoughts on doing a good job in ideological and political work under the new situation.
