以聚苯胺(PAn)薄膜修饰铂丝电极为基体电极,将含有尼古丁-四苯硼钠的聚氯乙烯(PVC)敏感膜涂渍于基体电极表面,制成全固态双膜尼古丁电极。在pH值为5.5~7.0范围内,对8.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol·L-1的尼古丁水溶液有良好线性响应,斜率为58mV·dec-1,检测下限为4.5×10-6mol·L-1。该电极结构简单,稳定性好,可用于测定烟草和卷烟烟气粒相物中的尼古丁。
