本文介绍了单辊法制取非晶态金属试样的基本原理;分析了单辊法的传热过程;计算了熔融金属的喷射速度与喷射压力的关系;给出了辊的转速、喷射压力、喷射位置及方向等对试样的影响;提出了对喷咀和辊面的要求,并对离心法、压延法、单辊法的特点作了对比。
In this paper, the basic principle of single roller method for preparing amorphous metal samples is introduced. The heat transfer process of single roller method is analyzed. The relationship between the injection speed of molten metal and injection pressure is calculated. Jetting position and direction of the sample on the impact of the proposed nozzle and roller surface requirements, and the centrifugal method, rolling method, a comparison of the characteristics of single roller method.
