1 概述马钢1号高炉1999年10月7日和25日,由于操作失误及原料条件恶化,连续发生两起由管道气流引发的炉况失常事故。其中尤以10月25日的失常较为典型,虽经处理,炉况很快恢复正常,并于次日达产,但两次炉况失常事故损失产量约800t,焦炭约110t。现以10月25日的炉况失常为例,分析事故原因及处理。
1 Overview Magang No. 1 Blast furnace On October 7 and 25, 1999, two operational failures due to operational errors and deterioration of raw material conditions led to two consecutive failures of furnace conditions caused by pipeline gas flow. Among them, the fault on October 25 was quite typical. After treatment, the furnace temperature returned to normal quickly and reached the next day. However, the furnace output loss was about 800 tons and the coke was about 110 tons. Now October 25 furnace failure as an example, analyze the cause of the accident and deal with.
