目的:掌握本镇儿童健康状况的动态变化,以便做好本镇儿童卫生保健工作。方法:对2010~2014年4-6月本镇7岁以下儿童进行“六一”儿童健康体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2010~2014年儿童体重均值以上百分比分别为64.98%、65.50%、66.99%、69.98%、71.99%,身高均值以上百分比分别为62.41%、62.76%、63.48%、65.96%、69.96%,体重和身高呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养不良的患病率分别为0.28%、0.35%、0.29%、0.22%、0.16%,基本呈逐年下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05));轻中度贫血患病率分别为6.78%、7.75%、7.43%、11.51%、11.65%,基本呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肥胖发生率分别为5.98%、6.88%、7.95%、10.23%、12.14%,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);龋齿患病率分别为7.52%、7.81%、19.99%、23.20%、24.18%,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视力不良发生率分别为2.28%、3.09%、3.63%、4.97%、5.25%,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本镇儿童的保健处于良好的水平,但是由于社会环境以及经济水平的影响,龋齿、肥胖、视力不良发生率呈上升趋势,应加强儿童卫生保健的宣传以及指导力度,进一步提高儿童健康水平。
Purpose: To master the dynamic changes in the health conditions of children in this town in order to do a good job in the health care of children in this town. Methods: A retrospective analysis of “Liuyi” children’s physical examination data was conducted on children under 7 years old from April to June in 2010 ~ 2014 in our town. Results: The above average percentages of body weight of children from 2010 to 2014 were 64.98%, 65.50%, 66.99%, 69.98% and 71.99%, respectively. The above average percentages of body weight were 62.41%, 62.76%, 63.48%, 65.96% and 69.96% (P <0.05). The prevalence rates of malnutrition were 0.28%, 0.35%, 0.29%, 0.22% and 0.16%, respectively, which showed a trend of declining year by year, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The prevalence of mild to moderate anemia was 6.78%, 7.75%, 7.43%, 11.51% and 11.65%, respectively, which showed an upward trend year by year. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) ; The prevalence of obesity was 5.98%, 6.88%, 7.95%, 10.23% and 12.14%, showing an upward trend year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the prevalence of dental caries were 7.52%, 7.81% and 19.99 %, 23.20% and 24.18%, respectively, which showed an upward trend year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidences of poor eyesight were 2.28%, 3.09%, 3.63%, 4.97% and 5.25% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The health care of children in this town is in a good level. However, due to the impact of social environment and economic level, the prevalence of dental caries, obesity and vision loss is on the rise. Publicity and guidance on child health care should be strengthened so as to further improve children’s health .
