目的:探讨床旁血液滤过(CVVHF)在产科多器官功能衰竭治疗中的疗效。方法:17例产科多器官功能衰竭患者在接受传统治疗的同时行CVVHF,比较CVVHF治疗前后血生化指标变化。结果:17例患者经CVVHF治疗后血液生化多项指标较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);治疗好转出院15例,治愈率为88.24%;2例死亡,病死率11.76%。结论:产科多器官功能衰竭患者在原治疗的基础上,采用CVVHF治疗,收到满意的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of bedside hemofiltration (CVVHF) in the treatment of obstetric multiple organ failure. Methods: Seventeen patients with obstetric and multiple organ failure underwent CVVHF while receiving traditional treatment. The changes of blood biochemical parameters before and after CVVHF were compared. Results: Seventeen patients were significantly reduced in blood biochemical parameters after CVVHF treatment (P <0.01). 15 cases were cured and discharged, the cure rate was 88.24%. Two cases died and the case fatality rate was 11.76%. Conclusion: Obstetric patients with multiple organ failure on the basis of the original treatment, the use of CVVHF treatment, received satisfactory results.
