深入开展创先争优活动,是加强党的基层组织建设的一项经常性工作,是新形势下加强党的先进性建设的有效载体和有力抓手。积极探索建立创先争优活动长效机制,对于新形势下国有企业持续加强党的建设具有重要意义。山西煤炭运销集团公司从开展创先争优活动伊始,就特别重视创先争优活动长效机制的探索,及时对活动开展过程中一些好的做法进行提炼和总结,逐步形成了具有自身特色的创先争优活动长效机制,有力地推进了创先争优活动规范化、长效化进程。
